Just to clarify, Dr Ratio on duo DPS team with Clara doesn't need his signature LC, because it doesn't really provide a debuff for him, just buffs for more dmg, so that's one thing off in this.

I got clara at c6 cause i lost most of my 50/50 to her and ngl shes was pretty good with or with her c6 which enables her fua to activiate 50% of the time if anyone gets hit
